Field Work:  ‘Microfinance Activities in Bangladesh’ In this field work I had walked door to door to talk with the people by using FGD method. I had tried to compare their pre-loan and post-loan living standard. I also went to the field office of NGO’s belonging to that region in order to collect the statistics associated with Microfinance. After that by my personal assessment I tried to find out what the NGO’s claim & what is the actual situation. Why most of the people failed to fulfill the original goal of microfinance. I made some recommendation to improve the existing situation by using case studies as models. From this I realize myself that theory is nothing implementation of that theory is everything.  ‘Inequality in Bangladesh’ In this fieldwork my primary goal was to find out various types of inequalities existing in our countries. In order to find out the social inequality my target group was female, tribal, hermaphrodite and other racist group (Bihari). I need to travel long hauls to meet all these different types of groups. Then my goal was to find out how these peoples are treated with in & out ward of the society. What types of discrimination they face their everyday life. In which they are omitted from various social institutions. Then I focus on different income groups existing in to society to figure out income inequality. Here my principal was to review the different income groups & find out the reasons reined. Finally I had made recommendation to improve the existing situation.
