Jordan is the Program Associate for the Forest Trade and Finance Program. Prior to joining Forest Trends, Jordan worked briefly with the International Institute for Environment and Development (IIED) in London, assisting with the consultation process on the Global Forest Partnership consultation. Jordan graduated from the School of Oriental and African Studies in London with an MA in International Studies and Diplomacy. His master’s thesis explored the effectiveness of forest certification and public governance initiatives in regulating illegal logging in the Asia-Pacific region. His research interests include forest trade, governance, and the integration of markets for ecosystem services into supply chain management.
